Security Supervisor 2026 Summer

Classification: Seasonal, Full-Time, Workamper

Pay Structure: Hourly

The Security Supervisor Will:

• Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for members, guests, and staff.
• Lead the Security team, ensuring high service standards, professionalism, and teamwork.
• Oversee daily security operations, including patrols, incident response, and hazard prevention.
• Communicate effectively and maintain strong public relations.
• Manage security reporting, documentation accuracy, and relationships with law enforcement.
• Coordinate and deliver safety trainings such as CPR, First Aid, and Fire Brigade.
• Support departmental operations, including budgeting, staffing, and office responsibilities.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate Security staff while addressing performance or personnel issues.
• Establish and uphold departmental standards, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

Job Requirements: Minimum of high school education and 21 years of age. Motivated self-starter. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays & special events as needed. Hold a valid state driver's license and maintain a satisfactory driving record. Current CPR certification status or willingness to obtain certificate upon hire.
