Maintain compliance with salon safety and state licensing regulations. Qualifications: Valid Washington State Cosmetology or barber license. Prior salon management or leadership experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Knowledge of salon software and retail sales techniques.
