Mid-Level Associate - Commercial Finance

Job Overview Job firm seeks a mid-level associate with at least two years of experience to join their Commercial Finance team in Atlanta, GA. The team handles a variety of secured financing transactions, including syndicated lending, leveraged acquisitions, and mezzanine lending. The role involves structuring, negotiating, and closing complex financing deals. Duties Collaborate with the Mergers & Acquisitions team on acquisition financings. Advise clients on complex secured financing transactions. Draft and negotiate financing documents. Manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial finance or a related field. Experience with syndicated lending, asset-based lending, or mezzanine lending preferred. Strong academic credentials. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admitted to practice law in the state of Georgia. Skills Strong drafting and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently.
