About the Role

Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential, along with deep expertise in financial planning, reporting, and risk management. Candidates should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, experience partnering with executive teams and boards, and a data-driven approach to decision-making. A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is typically required, with an MBA, CPA, or equivalent experience preferred.
