Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active SC Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC required prior to start.
• Minimum of G30 clinical competency experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Experience with SNF documentation, Medicare G-codes, and skilled nursing evaluation and treatment planning.
• Ability to meet client requirement of 85% PCT (patient contact time).
• Willingness to work scheduled 40 hours per week on-site at a skilled nursing facility.
• Must provide an updated resume to be considered.
