Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient in Bettendorf, Iowa. This position involves working as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide and manage patient care. The traveler may be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses. Candidates must bring their license on the first day of employment.

  • Iowa state license
  • BLS certification (AHA)
  • Epic electronic medical record experience
  • At least 1 year of previous experience in outpatient physical therapy
  • One travel contract completed
  • Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility or be local in Madison with a 10% rate reduction
  • Drivers License and work history/resume required
  • Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
  • License verification and copy of certifications required
  • References: One supervisory reference required at the time of submission

• Additional Information:
  • Candidate must be prepared to work 1-2 out of 3 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
  • Orientation schedule every Monday
  • On-call pay: $9/hr, no on-call duties specified
  • Charge/precept: $6/hr
  • OT provisions: Billable after 40 hours/week, OT billable after 48 hours/week, OT rate at 1.5x for callbacks of at least 2 hours
  • Work during holidays: 1.15x multiplier for hours worked
