As a lead low-code / no-code solution engineer at Booz Allen, you’ll share your skills in programming languages and databases, using little to no code to identify new techniques and improve the digital environment. You Have 8+ years of experience designing, modifying, develop ing, writing, and implementing sof tware programming applications using Agile met hods 8+ years of experience using Appian low-code / no-code platforms, and develop ing applications using little to no code and using a low-code or no-code platform to create apps 3+ years of experience managing Appian develop ment projects from design to production 3+ years of experience in IT project management and leading agile develop ment teams Experience with basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web develop ment stacks Experience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization Experience mentoring or supervising employees within a collaborative team environment Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance Ability to obtain a Secret clearance Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of experience in sof tware engineering in lieu of a degree Nice If You Have Experience with Agile met hodology, extreme programming, sof tware engineering, product management, and sof tware products Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information . The projected compensation range for this position is $112,900.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD).
