The Wyoming Business Council is seeking a Community Grants Portfolio Manager to lead state-wide grant programs that strengthen communities and foster economic growth. You will evaluate complex projects, assess impact, and shape funding recommendations, working closely with local governments, economic development groups, and WBC teams. You’ll build partnerships, guide evolving initiatives, rules, and guidelines, and help package large development projects that align with Wyoming’s strategic #J-18808-Ljbffr
