She Recruits is partnering with a well-established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Los Angeles County to recruit mission-driven Family Medicine Physicians for multiple outpatient clinic locations.

The Opportunity

This is a strictly outpatient position with:

• MondayFriday schedule
• 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• No nights
• No weekends
• No call

You will join a multidisciplinary team that includes:

• Family Medicine Physicians
• Pediatricians
• Internists
• Endocrinologists
• Dentists
• PAs & NPs
• Licensed Clinical Social Workers

This is a true team-based primary care model serving a high-need patient population.

Patient Panel & Practice Model

• 2024 patients per day
• Medi-Cal and Medicare primary payors
• Approximately 180,000 visits annually across 48,000 patients
• Culturally sensitive, community-based care
• Approved NHSC Scholar Site

You will deliver comprehensive, preventive, and chronic disease management services to underserved patients throughout Los Angeles County.

Compensation & Benefits

$140 per hour + full employed benefits

• Occurrence-based malpractice coverage

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Current California medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Completion of residency (or currently completing)
• Commitment to underserved patient populations
