Job Requirements Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and be 21 years of age or older Minimum of 3 years driving experience. NO CDL REQUIRED! Clean driving record preferred (2 or less minor validations may be considered) No super speeder violations within the last 3 years High school diploma or GED are encouraged Ability to communicate professionally, verbally, and in writing, in English Physical stamina to lift/carry 100 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the day Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and random drug screens Job Responsibilities Drivers act as the team leader for your team. Drivers work hand in hand with movers to complete services. Execute moves at a high level of safety and provide customer service. Drivers must safely operate a 26-foot moving truck, perform daily truck inspections and complete paperwork with customers. Be a TEAM player. Be on time. Be friendly. Be safe. Hustle! What we offer Compensation ranges from $36k - $50k annually (including base hourly pay, commission and tips) Benefits! 401(k) and more are available after 90 days. Full time work! Paid Training: No experience? Not a problem! We will provide the necessary training for you to be successful! Benefits Travel!
