CADD Specialist

As the CADD Specialist, you will provide advanced computer-aided design and drafting support for Intelligence Community (IC) facilities, infrastructure, and mission-support projects. This role requires expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a secure, highly regulated environment. The specialist collaborates closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to produce accurate, compliant, and mission-ready technical drawings. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Develop, modify, and maintain detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and Revit Prepare architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and site drawings as required Ensure all drawings comply with organizational standards, building codes, and IC security requirements Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project stakeholders to incorporate design changes and updates Maintain drawing databases, version control, and configuration management in secure systems Support design reviews, project meetings, and technical documentation efforts Assist with field verification, redlines, and production of final as-built drawings Safeguard sensitive and classified information in accordance with IC policies and procedures EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Certification in AutoCAD and Revit Minimum of 5 years of professional CADD experience, preferably supporting government or defense-related projects KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Demonstrated experience producing detailed construction documents, layouts, and as-built drawings Strong understanding of drafting standards, layering conventions, and document control Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment SECURITY CLEARANCE: Active Top Secret SCI W/ CI Poly Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC.
