Full-Time Sourcing Specialist — On-Site (Minden, NV)
A. J. Levin Company Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist / Buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring professionalism, a positive attitude, and solid experience with Microsoft Office and Excel .
Key Responsibilities
· Negotiation of price and delivery conditions
- Execution of orders from suppliers in accordance with operational specifications
- Conducting day-to-day price inquiries
- Follow up on open orders and supplier requests to ensure timely responses.
Qualifications
- Experience in the commercial sector
- Strong negotiation skills and confident appearance
- High reliability, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team or independently
- Basic MS Office and Excel user skills
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
Schedule & Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Expected Hours: 40/week
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift
- Location: In-person — Minden, NV
- Must be willing to relocate or commute prior to starting
