Landscape Architect

Location Brinklow, MD Shift Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. Additional hours for meetings or by phone as needed. Job Description This role is responsible for designing, estimating, and managing landscape projects from initial planning through installation and completion. The position oversees project progress, conducts site and quality inspections as needed, and helps maintain compliance with safety, design, and installation standards. Daily Responsibilities Prepare project plans and budgets Develop material take-offs Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams Ensure all project documentation remains accurate and up to date Support plant procurement Assist with irrigation and lighting components Promote the company's full range of services Participate in industry trade shows and project-related meetings Benefits Company vehicle 401(k) with employer matching IRA Vacation and Holiday pay Health Insurance Uniform allowance Company cell phone / iPad Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in the landscape industry with residential experience Valid driver's license and able to meet company insurance requirements Understanding of installation, lighting, & irrigation techniques and how they apply in the field Proficient in AutoCAD, Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Understanding of landscape product and services Moderate to strong plant knowledge / knowledge of both Botanical & common names of plants Able to prepare estimates Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture strongly preferred Professionally Registered Landscape Architect in MD/VA/DC strongly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
