Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze comprehensive patient assessment data to determine diagnoses, issues, and expected outcomes
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care, employing strategies to promote health and a safe environment
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the broader healthcare team in the conduct of nursing practice
• Systematically evaluate and enhance the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice in alignment with professional standards
• Integrate research findings and ethical provisions into all areas of practice
• Comply with policies, procedures, and protocols related to hyperacute and acute stroke care, including required annual cerebrovascular disease education

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or Diploma from an accredited School of Nursing
• Active Montana Registered Nurse licensure
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• American Heart Association ACLS certification
• Minimum of 18 months of Registered Nurse experience
• Ability to work variable shifts, including call coverage

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification
• Minimum of 1 year of circulating experience in an operating room setting
• Minimum of 1 year of scrub experience in an operating room setting
