Premier NY Law Firm is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to join its team!
Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation case management
- Prepare, organize, and manage legal documents and correspondence
- Coordinate discovery, depositions, and court filings
- Maintain case files and track deadlines
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information
- Support with estate litigation and real estate matters when applicable
Required Qualifications
- Prior litigation experience - open to any area of law
- Ability to work fully in office, five days a week
- Possession of a reliable car for commuting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in estate litigation a plus
- Experience in real estate law a plus
- Paralegal experience
- Experience in a law firm setting or a similar professional environment
