Key Qualifications:

• Active New Mexico PED Level II or III School Psychologist certification (required)
• Master’s or specialist-level degree in School Psychology
• Previous experience with K-12 populations preferred
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Clear communication abilities with students, families, and staff
• Adaptability to various school environments and age groups

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and psychoeducational assessments
• Contribute to eligibility determinations and IEP development
• Provide individual and group counseling services to students
• Offer crisis intervention and support as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to implement academic and behavioral interventions
• Serve as a resource for staff development and program planning
