The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.Job Description:Overseeing CI tasks/trainings ensuring all are done within the expected timelineSupporting future Warehouse expansion deployment where NFTE's cannot be assignedFacilitating cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure CI initiatives are effectively implemented and sustained within the WH'sDriving CI initiatives with strong ownership, accountability, and consistencyCoaching new CI members and supporting floor operationsRequirements:At least 1 year experience in teaching or training or any related fields.Strong facilitation and coaching skillsProficient in Google Apps (Google Slide, Google Sheets , etc)Excellent communication and collaboration abilitiesStrong ownership, accountability, and consistency in execution #J-18808-Ljbffr
