Required Skills & Experience

• 6-10+ years of outside sales experience within the heavy truck and trailer industry

• Experience selling trailer parts, semi-trailer components, reefer parts, flatbed parts, box truck parts, or related heavy-duty transportation products

• Proven track record of developing business and managing a territory independently

• Self-starter mentality with strong hunting and relationship-building skills

• Highly organized, trustworthy, and customer-focused

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Existing relationships within the transportation, trucking, fleet, or trailer industry in Northern Maryland/Delaware

• Experience covering large geographic territories and spending the majority of time in the field

Job Description

We are seeking a driven and relationship-oriented Outside Parts Sales Representative to support continued growth across a defined territory in Northern Maryland and Northern Delaware. This individual will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing customer relationships, and serving as a trusted advisor for heavy truck and trailer parts solutions.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience within the heavy truck, trailer, transportation, or fleet industry and thrives in a field-based sales environment. This role requires a self-starter who is comfortable spending the majority of their time meeting customers face-to-face, identifying opportunities, and growing market share.

Compensation:

$_100,000___ to $_140,000_ per year annual salary.
