Candidate profile Required High school diploma or equivalent Proven operations management experience Consistent customer service skills and business acumen Comfort learning and using point‑of‑sale software Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen Preferred HVAC/R industry experience or formal training Background in wholesale distribution — order fulfillment, inventory control, showroom merchandising, shipping/receiving, or branch sales
