Responsibilities Analyse client business processes to identify optimisation opportunities and align them with industry‑specific standards and best practices Facilitate benchmarking studies, working with stakeholders to align solution performance with industry standards and domain‑specific insights Collaborate with technical teams and document system customisations and configurations, drafting SOPs and workflows that align with functional requirements of the relevant sector Conduct in‑depth research on third‑party products within the domain, providing comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability Coordinate the implementation of solutions addressing issues during set‑up and integration, and support in developing and maintaining SOPs to ensure system stability and performance post‑implementation Contributions A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills Strong analytical and coordination skills with a focus on process optimisation A knack for creating detailed process maps and technical documentation with domain‑specialisation Pro-active approach to conducting benchmarking studies and product research Familiarity with system implementation, configuration and maintenance Effective collaboration and communication abilities with cross‑functional teams Required Skills and Experience Experience with Information Technology. Experience in Capital markets domain with data analysis, data mapping, SQL and Jira. Preferred Skills and Experience Experience in Capital markets domain with data analysis, data mapping and Jira Data‑mapping skills – manage projects on a monthly software release cycle with minimal supervision Financial Jira experience Financial Market domain knowledge – SQL Gather business requirements by effectively coordinating activities between business users, developers and managers Develop use cases, functional specifications and test cases – ensure test coverage and complete documentation for each software release Handle release weekend support and production support Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills The job entails extensive travel. The job also entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Candidates must be able to communicate by telephone, e‑mail or face‑to‑face Additional Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
