Warehouse Associate - Great Benefits

Forklift experience is our #1 priority, as we unload trucks daily.

This lead position involves leading a team of a handful of hourly associates who will, in turn, support the effort. 

Multitasking and delegation will be key to success, so we are looking for focused individuals who can make priority decisions based on all the training they will receive.

You will receive training from the Site Supervisor, as well as peer to peer on Sort and OB shifts.

When working in a Forklift Position through Bluecrew, you may be expected to do any and all of the following:

• Independently operate a seated, stand-up, or cherry picker-type lift, depending on the position based on best safety practices and supervisor direction.
• Operating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner
• Loading and unloading inventory in a safe and responsible manner
• Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift
• Comfortable working in an environment where there are forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other standard or sub-standard warehouse equipment
• There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants. Some jobs may require safety (steel-toed) boots
• If you have your certification, please be sure to bring it with you
