This is a full-time opportunity with strong pay, flexible scheduling, and a full benefits package.
Position Details
- Role: Physical Therapist
- Clinic Type: PT-owned orthopedic outpatient office
- Patient Volume: 2 patients per hour
- Salary: $90,000–$110,000 annually, based on experience
- Schedule: 4-day workweek or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Benefits: Full benefits package
Daily Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and determine appropriate plans of care
- Treat orthopedic, post-surgical, sports, and general musculoskeletal cases
- Help patients improve strength, range of motion, balance, mobility, and function
- Provide manual therapy and therapeutic exercise instruction
- Reassess patient progress throughout the plan of care
- Communicate clearly with patients about goals and expectations
- Complete accurate clinical documentation
- Provide direction to PTAs when appropriate
Requirements
- Florida Physical Therapist License
- DPT Degree or MSPT Degree
- Outpatient experience preferred
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong interest in orthopedic rehabilitation
- Reliable clinical judgment and patient communication skills
