Civil Engineer

Perform roadway design and modeling utilizing Microstation/OpenRoads Lead and manage tasks on projects of various sizes Work with experienced designers and project managers Collaborate with other disciplines and subconsultants to deliver projects Primarily work on projects in Missouri and Kansas, with opportunities to support regional projects Communicate and partner with peers, senior staff, and clients Requirements Bachelor's degree in civil engineering Kansas Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain within 6 months 4-7 years' experience designing streets and highways in accordance with local, state, and/or federal regulations Ability to work effectively with other engineers and technicians Experience in CADD utilizing Microstation Background in traffic engineering design can be helpful Applicants must not require work visa sponsorship Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in roadway design and modeling using Microstation/OpenRoads, with a strong background in civil engineering and traffic engineering design. Proven ability to lead projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
