Job Overview Location: Cub Foods Rogers Reports to: Deli Manager Classification: Part Time Union: Yes Rate of Pay: Progressive scale from $15.00 - $18.00 / hour, based on experience Hours: Sunday – Saturday, varied hours Responsibilities Make lasting connections with our customers Prepare deli products including a variety of meats and cheeses (may handle pork) Fill and rotate cases and displays (heavy lifting, up to 50lbs) Help maintain a clean and sanitary store Work with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome department Arrive promptly for shifts and work as scheduled Qualifications & Preferences Friendly and outgoing; promotes customer service for the entire team Knowledge of meats, cheeses, salads, and good food Attended Food Safety training Motivated to grow career and continue learning Benefits & Compensation Store Discount Employee Assistance Programs Flexible Schedule Possibility of earning an additional $3.00 / hour for open availability Opportunities for career advancement Physical Requirements Frequent physical lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs., pushing/pulling 500 to 1500 pounds, walking, reaching, standing, stooping/bending, squatting. Occasional lifting/carrying over 50 lbs., crawling. Frequency: 15% of the work shift or at least ten repetitions per work shift for frequent; less than 15% for occasional.
