Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to stand, move, and lift materials throughout the shift.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Fair weekly pay that hits right on time

- A production floor that runs safely, cleanly, and steadily
- Read work orders, pick tickets, and cut labels.
- Measure and cut electrical wire to the correct length.
- Label wire with the right part number, length, and order details.
- Check wire for damage or defects before preparing it for shipment.
- Stage completed orders for packing and delivery.
- Safely operate wire cutting machines and material handling equipment.
- Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Report equipment problems, material shortages, or quality concerns.
- Help with inventory, restocking materials, and changing wire reels.
- Meet daily goals for productivity and accuracy.
- Work overtime or flexible shifts when needed.
