Community Relations Manager (Senior Care Advisor) Location: Lexington, KY Company: Comfort Keepers At Comfort Keepers, we're looking for someone who believes that relationships matter more than transactions. As our Community Relations Manager , you'll serve as both a trusted resource for referral partners and a Senior Care Advisor for families navigating one of life's most important decisions. You'll work closely with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing centers, physicians, senior living communities, Veterans organizations, and other healthcare professionals to help seniors transition safely home with the support they need. This isn't a role for someone who waits for opportunities to come to them. It's for someone who enjoys being in the community, creating partnerships, solving problems, and becoming the person others think of first when a family needs home care. What You'll Do You'll spend your time building meaningful relationships with referral partners, educating the community about aging in place, meeting with families to understand their needs, and helping create care solutions that improve lives. You'll represent Comfort Keepers at networking events, educational programs, and throughout the healthcare community while working closely with our operations team to ensure every new client receives an exceptional experience. Success in this role comes from consistency, curiosity, compassion, and the ability to earn trust over time. Who You Are You're a natural connector who enjoys meeting people and creating lasting relationships. You communicate confidently with healthcare professionals and families alike, and you're equally comfortable presenting to a room full of case managers or sitting at a family's kitchen table discussing care options. You may come from home care, hospice, home health, senior living, healthcare sales, medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or another relationship-driven business development role.
