\nOur client seeks a Data Insights Engineer to join the Self‑Service Platforms & Products (SSPP) Analytics team within Digital & Customer Experience. The role centers on owning stakeholder-facing dashboards, translating complex data into actionable narratives, and supporting ETL and data quality efforts. The selected professional will apply advanced SQL, develop Tableau visualizations, and communicate insights that bridge technical data work and executive-ready outcomes.\n

Rate: $68.00 to $72.00/hr. w2\n

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance existing dashboards and reports, including legacy code.
\n
• Develop stakeholder-facing Tableau visualizations and present insights and readouts.
\n
• Measure digital containment, adoption, call savings, and customer behavior.
\n
• Conduct ad hoc data investigations and shape ambiguous stakeholder questions.
\n
• Collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups and manage competing priorities.
\n
• Craft data stories that drive action.
\n
• Execute projects independently within sprint-based workflows.
\n
• Support ETL efforts, pipeline troubleshooting, table builds, and data validation.
\n
• Maintain and contribute to metric and definition governance across teams.

Experience Requirements

\n

\n
• Advanced SQL, including CTEs, window functions, and complex joins.
\n
• Tableau expertise with LODs, parameters, and performance optimization.
\n
• Data storytelling and dashboard design.
\n
• Stakeholder communication and prioritization.
\n
• Data quality validation and troubleshooting.
\n
• Familiarity with big data environments such as Spark, Hive, and S3.
\n
• Agile or sprint-based delivery.
