Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Current, active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Active Department of Education certification as an SLP
• Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged children
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and related service professionals
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group speech therapy services to elementary students, addressing a wide range of communication needs
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized goals for students as part of their educational plans
• Conduct thorough assessments and maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and team planning sessions
• Consult with teachers and families to promote student progress in all classroom environments
• Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology and follow district and state requirements
