Our client, the industry leader in transportation infrastructure, is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team. As a Sales Manager, you will be part of the sales department supporting business growth and client engagement. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity with benefits.

Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Plattsburgh, NY
Pay Range: $113,000.00 - $140,000.00
Shift: 1st Shift

What's the Job?

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market share across all product lines.
Manage key client relationships and lead high-level sales negotiations.
Oversee the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to contract closure.
Collaborate with marketing to develop market segmentation strategies and branding initiatives.
Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.

What's Needed?

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
Proven success in managing complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
