The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness and dedicated to providing exceptional massage services that promote relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall well-being. Through expertise, attention to detail, and personalized care, you will create a calming and memorable experience for every guest while upholding TradeWinds Resort's reputation for exceptional service.ResponsibilitiesPerform professional massage services according to spa standards and treatment protocols.Consult with guests to understand their needs, preferences, and areas of concern.Maintain accurate guest notes and treatment documentation when required.Prepare, clean, and maintain the treatment room before and after each service.Follow all sanitation, safety, and infection-control procedures.Recommend appropriate services, enhancements, and retail products based on guest needs.Maintain a professional appearance and positive, welcoming demeanor.Arrive on time and remain prepared for scheduled appointments.Participate in training, team meetings, and spa promotions as needed.Follow all company policies, procedures, and licensing requirements.QualificationsCurrent state Massage Therapy license in good standing.Completion of an accredited massage therapy program.Knowledge of Swedish and deep-tissue massage techniques.Additional certifications or experience in hot stone, prenatal, sports, or aromatherapy massage are preferred.Strong communication, customer-service, and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain guest confidentiality and professional boundaries.Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of massage therapy.Availability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
