Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during day shift hours
• Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
• Complete required orientation assessments including ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate evaluations
• Document hours worked accurately using the designated time-tracking system

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Active, permanent Ohio RN license or valid Compact state license in hand at time of submission
• Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification required
• Active ACLS certification required
• Must be willing to obtain NIHSS certification prior to start
• One professional reference from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty, from an assignment worked within the past 12 months

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 18 months of Med/Surg Telemetry experience within a single location
• Prior travel nursing experience with familiarity in compliance-driven contract environments
