Physical Therapist - PT - PRN

Overview We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our Rehab Team at The Chapel Hill Community in Canal Fulton, OH. The role begins on or after September 1, 2026. Responsibilities Establish appropriate goals and execute treatment plans for patients. Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants. Maintain productivity standards. Complete required documentation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve critical outcomes. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Valid state license.
