With more than 10,000 member florists in North America alone, we lead the industry by working directly with our florists to hand-arrange and deliver every bouquet!This entry level, fast-paced technical position assists Teleflora florists via phone, email, and chat sessions in support of various application software packages, operating systems, and hardware. You'll use active listening, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve the customer's issues and educate them on the features and functionality of the applications. Must be fluent in English and Spanish. As you progress in your training, you'll be learning how to assist our florists with POS installation. Some travel is possible.This is an hourly position and is located in Paragould, Arkansas. If you have a blend of technical and customer service skills, you may be a great candidate!Job DescriptionAssist and troubleshoot Teleflora Florists in support of various application software packages, PC operating systems, and basic hardware via phone/email/chatLog calls into the Call / Problem Tracking systemMeet or exceed the standards set within the department for effective call resolution and productionProvide excellent customer serviceEscalate and direct customer calls as neededProvide user feedback to management, quality assurance, and developmentPerform all activities in compliance with audit standards in reliability, security, and qualityPrepare reporting as requiredPerform other tasks as requiredMaintain communication via multiple platformsWork independently with strong time management and organizational skillsInstruct customers on how to install and operate hardware and softwareSome travel possible as training progresses to support POS installationsQualificationsExperience: Experience with personal computers, operating systems, utility programs and commands. Customer Service experience is a plus. Knowledge: Basic knowledge of various PC hardware platforms and operating systems, with a fundamental understanding of business applications.Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Completion of MIS, Networking or Accounting courses at the college level or 2-4 years equivalent work experience is helpful.
