Job Description:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Install, repair, rebuild, adjust and maintain machinery and equipment used in production, which may also involve the dismantling, inspection, machining or replacement of purchased parts as assigned.
Assist in the creation of lubrication based tasks, and routes, will be the site "Lubrication champion".
Lead in the creation of a site lube map.
Assist with the implementation of Predictive & Preventative based PM's, and inspection routes.
Lead and manage improvement based projects and initiatives as assigned.
This position can expand into other predictive technologies, such as thermography, or vibration/shock pulse.
Industrial baking and mult-zone oven experience a plus.
Bagger/Scale maintenance experience.
Demonstrated skills using Microsoft office software.
SAP usage and experience related to maintenance task & PM creation.
Reliability improvement skills, participate in PDCA, and PIT team events as needed and support TMOS activities.
Annual training as required.
Participation in plant shutdowns and outages.
