What The Client Experience Specialist Will Do For Our For Staff and Internal Clients

• Coordinate hiring, lead orientation, coaching, and ongoing professional development for caregivers.

• Ensure every team member is aligned with the agency’s excellence standards and service rituals.

• Provide field support, case updates, and mentorship to team members.

• Provide hands on in home caregiving when agency has emergencies and or team members need additonal help. 

• Champion the culture of Grace, Trust, and Distinction within the team.

• Support and empower caregivers by ensuring they have the tools, schedules, and communication needed to deliver excellence.

• Foster a culture of trust, respect, and growth, ensuring team members feel valued and inspired.

• Match caregivers with clients to create ideal pairings for long-term satisfaction and success.

• Educate families, professionals, and community partners about aging-at-home options

• Support client onboarding with warmth, clarity, and professionalism

• Serve as a quality ambassador, reinforcing standards, communication, and trust

Hours:
Full-time position, 32–40 hours per week

Skills & Qualifications Needed:
• Bachelor’s degree required (business, healthcare administration, operations, or related field preferred)
• Strong office and computer experience (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, scheduling tools)
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to think critically, solve problems on the spot, and manage competing priorities
• Professional, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Hands on caregiving skills is needed for this role. In home caregiving will constitute 0%-10% of workload per week and or as needed.

 

Rate of Pay:
$22-25/hour
