Corporate Development ManagerIntapp is seeking a high energy and innovative professional to join our Corporate Development team. The Senior Manager will join a small, collaborative group focused on the origination, execution and integration of M&A. The position offers significant exposure to senior leaders across the company as well as significant career progression potential.What you will do:Drive an end-to-end M&A process including developing inorganic strategies, market scans, target valuation, due diligence, deal negotiations and integrationManage a comprehensive due diligence process that involves close collaboration across multiple functionsConduct in-depth quantitative financial and valuation analyses to assess M&A opportunitiesPrepare written communications and presentations to key senior executivesSupport deal sourcing and pipeline managementWhat you will need:5+ years in Corporate Development, Private Equity or Investment BankingStrong deal process management and problem solving skillsStrong analytical skills, including financial modeling, valuation (public & private), and synergy analysisExperience in transaction document negotiation and integration a plusWhat you will gain:At Intapp, you’ll get the opportunity to bring your talents and intellectual curiosity to create better outcomes for our people and our clients.
