Ensuring our clients feel heard, valued, and understood is at the heart of your role.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesNoneEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesProviding exceptional client experiences at every touchpoint.Maintaining detailed and accurate client records within our CRM.Showcasing an adeptness in understanding medical records, billing, and filing.Assisting with the seamless flow of documents, processes, and strategies for client success.Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our service offerings.Other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesExperience in medical records, medical billing, or filing is a significant plus.Strong attention to detail and a history of impeccable follow-up.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Basic knowledge of accounting principles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Education & ExperienceWhile a HS Diploma or equivalency is welcome, what matters most to us is your character.
