Academic Tutor and Mentor

As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you will serve full-time in a partner public school, supporting students’ academic and personal growth. Working within the Education, Training & E-Learning department, you’ll provide one-on-one and small-group tutoring in core subjects, reinforce classroom instruction, and mentor students to build confidence and social-emotional skills. In City Year’s collaborative, inclusive culture, you’ll receive ongoing training, leadership development, and professional growth opportunities while working on a diverse AmeriCorps team dedicated to educational equity.
