Thank you for your interest in our agency, Imagine Care! We're seeking new/experienced SLPAs to work with DDD/Pediatric patients, via in-home services.

Whether you're looking to add a couple kiddos to supplement your current income or trying to generate a full-time caseload, we want you @ Imagine Care! Once you're on board, you provide us with your availability and desired zip code coverage areas, then we tailor the search based on those parameters.

We need providers all over Arizona! Please inquire even if you're not located close to this location.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

A Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) may conduct the following tasks under the supervision of a licensed master’s level Speech Language Pathologist, in accordance with guidelines set by the state of Arizona.

• Providing direct therapy to clients, following written therapy plans, documenting client progress toward meeting established objectives as stated in the treatment plan, and reporting progress to the supervising SLP.
• Collecting data and preparing materials as specified by the supervising SLP.
• Collaborating with the supervising SLP in establishing appropriate therapy goals.
• Communicating speech therapy objectives with families and keeping information secure and confidential

Compensation and Bonuses

• $65-$75 per hour/visit (this is Base rate; locations further from the Valley will pay higher rates, Tier 1/2/3). Base/Tier rates can vary based on experience.
• $1500 bonus once your caseload has reached 10 kiddos

Application requirements

• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Must be currently licensed (or working on obtaining license) as an SLP or SLPA in the State of Arizona
• One year experience is preferred, but not required
