The Charge Nurse is responsible for unit and shift leadership: oversight & planning, directing & mentoring, staff assignments, scheduling, providing and evaluating nursing care using critical thinking, professional judgment and leadership skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Current and valid licensure as Registered Nurse Tennessee Required ACLS Required Bachelor's Nursing required within 6 months of hire Required 1 Year Related Nursing Experience in a Hospital Setting Required
