Sturtevant, WI
Starting at $22.00/hour
Full-Time | Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Employment Service Connection, Inc . is seeking a motivated Repack Team Lead to oversee daily operations within a fast-paced warehouse environment. If you're an experienced warehouse leader who enjoys coaching employees, maintaining quality standards, and keeping production moving efficiently, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Lead and support a team of warehouse associates during daily operations.
• Assign work and monitor productivity to ensure production goals are achieved.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing employees.
• Ensure all quality standards and customer specifications are followed.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and workplace safety.
• Coordinate daily production schedules and workflow.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments.
• Assist with inventory, changeovers, and operational problem-solving.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Team Lead, Lead Warehouse Associate, Shift Lead, or Supervisor.
• Warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Basic computer skills are a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet throughout the shift.

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday
• 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Three-day weekends every week!
