From the morning rush of contractors to the afternoon visits from technicians and DIYers, you’ll be the trusted guide at our counter for HVAC parts and equipment questions. You’ll look up components in our inventory tools and product catalogs, pull and stage orders with precision, and keep the counter and warehouse tidy so everything runs smoothly.

• Support customers at the counter by answering HVAC parts and equipment inquiries with confidence
• Pull, stage, and prepare HVAC parts orders with accuracy and speed
• Locate the right components using inventory software and manufacturer catalogs
• Process orders and complete sales transactions efficiently
• Protect inventory accuracy and help restock shelves as needed
• Deliver standout service to contractors, field technicians, and walk-in customers
• Keep the warehouse and front counter clean, organized, and easy to navigate

• Previous counter sales experience is preferred
• Hands-on experience pulling HVAC, automotive, plumbing, electrical, or industrial parts is required
• Clear, friendly communication and strong customer service skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer literacy with inventory/point-of-sale systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Backgrounds from NAPA Auto Parts, HVAC supply houses, plumbing supply stores, industrial supply companies, or similar parts-focused roles tend to be a great match.
