Job Description:
The client is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to independently lead and deliver technology initiatives across a distributed team, with a focus on EnterpriseOne ERP environments.

Job Summary
• Lead IT projects from initial discovery through execution, maintaining ownership across the full project lifecycle.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects of varying size and complexity, balancing priorities without losing track of details.
• Apply structured project methodology and a methodical approach to problem initiation and resolution.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with distributed, remote stakeholders across the organization.
• Manage competing priorities independently, without requiring a highly prescriptive working environment.
• Drive stakeholder alignment by asking the right questions before taking action on new initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:
• Hands-on EnterpriseOne (JD Edwards) experience, required; SAP or other ERP platforms do not substitute.
• Strong IT project management background with demonstrated experience managing large and small initiatives concurrently.
• Proven ability to take full ownership of projects from discovery through delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills suited to a remote/distributed team environment.
• Organized, methodical, and comfortable operating independently with minimal direction.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the homebuilding industry or a similar large-scale residential development environment.
• Familiarity with working in an enterprise organization of comparable scale and complexity to the client.
