Youth & Family Support Specialist (Home-Based)

Penny Lane Centers

Penny Lane Centers seeks a Child and Family Specialist (CFS) in Lancaster, CA. The CFS will join the Intensive Home Based Service team, providing mentoring, coaching, behavioral support, and case management in home, school, and community settings. The position emphasizes a strengths-based, family-centered approach and collaboration with schools, families, and staff.
