This leader will be accountable for platform engineering, DevSecOps, AI-first software development practices, cloud infrastructure, and the resiliency of both mainframe and distributed application ecosystems. Operating at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and operations, this role ensures that platform investments align with enterprise priorities, regulatory requirements, and measurable business outcomes. The Senior Director will drive the adoption of modern engineering practices, accelerate AI-enabled software development lifecycle (SDLC) capabilities, and foster a culture of innovation, automation, security, and continuous improvement.The role is responsible for building and sustaining secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-effective cloud and application platforms that enable agile product delivery while maintaining operational stability for critical business functions. Success requires balancing modernization initiatives, run-the-business excellence, risk management, and value realization across a complex technology landscape.
