Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Start Date: 08/03/2026 Duration: 14 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (ER) - Night Shift Location: Randallstown, MD Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Night shift (3x12 hours) Key Responsibilities: Provide specialized emergency care to patients in a high-volume Emergency Room setting. Manage acuity patient conditions, including stroke and STEMI cases, within a primary stroke center. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including ED staff and security, to ensure patient safety and care efficiency. Float within hospital units as needed, providing urgent and critical care support. Adhere to hospital procedures and protocols, including special procedures for behavioral health units. Required Qualifications: Valid Maryland or Compact nursing license. BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required. Minimum of 3 years of emergency nursing experience. Ability to work nights and accommodate a flexible schedule. Preferred Experience / Skills: Experience in stroke or STEMI care preferred. Previous float or travel experience is a plus. $2228 includes taxable hourly rate plus meals and lodging stipend.
