Maintenance Technician

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading print manufacturing company in the Morrisville, NC area with hiring a Maintenance Technician tojoin their team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering excellent benefits. Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing and automated production equipment Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-related issues Support conveyors, CNC equipment, printers, packaging equipment, sensors, and automated systems Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and rebuilds Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions Complete maintenance documentation and work orders Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) Partner with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency Requirements High school diploma or GED required; technical training in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or Automation preferred 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or automated production environment Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Experience working with PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings Experience with conveyors, CNC equipment, packaging equipment, or automated material handling systems preferred Knowledge of VFDs, servo motors, and three-phase electrical systems preferred Experience with CMMS systems and preventative maintenance programs Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or 5S principles is a plus Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
