Job Description: Senior Patient Account Specialist-Call Center Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM The Senior Patient Account Specialist provides excellent support to department employees by answering questions, providing necessary coaching, and performing quality assurance audits. Handles incoming/outgoing customer calls and reroutes calls to appropriate departments. Provides product/services healthcare information, resolves issues, and ensures customer satisfaction. Monitors portals and workstations to ensure timelines are met. Qualifications Experience: 2+ years call center/healthcare customer service experience. Education: High School or equivalent. Requirements Experience with acute care medical billing, explanation of benefits, and collections. Computer proficiency: Microsoft Works, Excel, and database entry. Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain patient under pressure. Strong problem-solving skills.
