Overview Mechanical Engineer/ HVAC Engineer or Designer – Cleveland, OH #25-01507 Salary Range: $75K - $100K. Permanent Position with Benefits. A well-established local Architectural & Engineering firm specializing in retail is seeking to hire a Mechanical Engineer. Responsibilities Perform system design layout and sizing for assigned projects (HVAC and plumbing). Prepare construction documents & specifications, design distribution systems and plumbing systems (water, gas, sanitary). Attend design coordination meetings with team members and client’s representative. Qualifications Bachelors of Science Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology. 3 - 10 years' experience doing HVAC & Plumbing engineering and design for facilities. Proficient with AutoCAD & Revit. MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Additional Requirements Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
