Position: Chemistry Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $65$105/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Write synthesis or characterization problems from your own work. Include substrate conditions analytical data and reference answers.
- Grade model-proposed routes and mechanisms. Evaluate disconnection sensibility selectivity claims and spectra-structure alignment.
- Flag model proposals that fail in practice due to side reactivity workup losses or reagent tolerance.
- Provide clear structured feedback to improve AI model training and evaluation.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance .
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Graduate degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- Laboratory or computational research experience.
- Clear written communication skills.
- Comfort with ambiguous tasks and ability to flag unclear instructions.
